 Regular preventative maintenance and cleaning will keep your equipment running the way it was designed to function, and will reduce your operational headaches and help to keep your customers happy. Don’t neglect your equipment  it  will remind you if you do.

Here is what we will do for your merchandiser to assist in making sure you have optimal uptime:

Provided detailed reports of service, before and after pictures provided.

Wipe down entire Exterior of the unit.

Apply coat of wax to protect the finish from U.V rays and prevent fading. (For outdoor units) 

Cleaning and sanitizing of interior of the unit to prevent unwanted smells. 

Inspection and cleaning of the condensing unit cover, removal of any debris.

Inspection of the compressor louvers

Inspection and cleaning of the condenser coil. 

Fins straightened with a “fin comb” if needed. 

Condenser fan shroud inspection and cleaning. 

Condenser fan cleaning and inspection 

Condenser fan motor inspection, cleaning and lubrication.

Blower motors and fans inspection and cleaning. 

Evaporator inspection and cleaning. 

Door gasket inspection and cleaning replaced if needed. (At an additional charge) 

Door hinge spring tension inspection. (Adjusted if needed) 

Defrost timer testing. 

Wiring harness inspection.
